Questions schools ask
Can parents pay fees online?+
Not through the software. Parents pay at the school or the bank as they do now; the accountant records the payment and prints the raseed, and the parent sees it in their portal.
Does it print a bank fee challan?+
A pre-printed bank fee voucher (challan) is not built in yet. Every payment recorded at the school gets a printable raseed.
Can it handle sibling discounts and late fines?+
Yes. Concessions such as sibling and staff-child discounts are set per student, and late fines are added automatically after the due date.
We keep fees in Excel. Can you bring them in?+
Yes. Send us your student and fee lists in Excel and we'll bring them in as part of setting you up.
