Fee management
Know who has paid, and who hasn't
Set what each class pays once, as fee heads and structures, and every invoice follows it. When a parent pays at the office, the accountant records it and prints the receipt; the balance updates for the office and in the parent's portal at once.
Parents see their fee ledger online. Payments are taken at the school or bank, not through the portal.

Can you move our existing data in?+
Yes. Send us your student, staff and fee lists in Excel and we'll bring them in as part of setting you up.
Do teachers and parents need to install an app?+
No. The portals open in any phone browser — teachers, parents and students sign in with the ID and password the school gives them.
Does it handle several campuses?+
Yes. Add each campus as a branch; staff see their own campus, and the owner sees every campus together. Starter covers one campus, Professional up to three, and Business as many as you need.
What can we print?+
Result cards, fee receipts, student ID cards, certificates (from your own designs) and reports for every module, under your school's name. A pre-printed bank fee voucher (challan) is not built in yet.
Can parents get messages?+
Notices and messages reach parents in their portal. SMS delivery depends on your plan and an SMS provider account.
